Boracay: revisited

So last month me and my friends went to Boracay, Philippines. It has been me & my friend, Daphne's dream destination for a few years already so we decided to make it happen this year. 

There were 4 of us: Daphne, Eudora, Nash & myself. We took AirAsia to Manila, and from Manila we took another flight to Kalibo. We spent the night there before heading to Catlican, which was 2 hours (by road) away. The next morning we woke up super early, lika 4:30am i think to catch the 6:30am bus. But the bus went off early. It wasnt even 6:30am that time but the bus already left. Hmmph! The bus company felt guilty i think, so they arranged for a vios to carry us to Catlican. Yeay! 

From Catlican jetty, you can see Boracay. The boat ride was just 5 minutes.

After checking in the hotel, we explored the beach!! The place was reeeeaaallly incredibly beautiful

The best mango shake ive ever had in my whole life. Yummy!!!

That afternoon we headed to Ariel's point. The place to cliff dive! There's 3meters, 5 meters, 8 meters, 10 metrrs and 15 meters. I jumped the 5, 10 and 15 meters. I had to jump 10meters twice because Daphne forgot to document my jump, LOL!

 Anyone who's in the Philippine needs to atleast try their local delicacy, Balut! The last time i had this, i promised myself that i will never have it again. But there i was, having it, AGAIN! 

I will return to ariel's point again. Definitely!!! 

I got myself a henna tattoo. It lasted for 2 weeks. I was a bit sad it faded hehehe 

When we came back to Manila, we decided to go to the famous fall- Pagsanjan falls.

Yes! Life is indeed better in Boracay! planning to go back sooooonn!!!! 

Such an enjoyable trip i had to the Philippines this year. I usually will go malling when i go there but this time, we did more outdoor activies. I love it!!!

Holy?

It was a heated discussion that we had on facebook on religious issues. No, it wasn't between Christian and another religion but it was between Christian denominations. It all started by this boy, who at the end got a taste of his own medicine. As an Adventist, i respect other religion and also other Christian denominations. I don't go here and there proclaiming that i am in the right path and tell everyone to be an Adventist just because i believe i am in the right religion. Everyone, no matter in what Christian denomination they are, be it Catholic or protestants and also other religions (Muslims, Hindu, Buddhist) they all believe they are the right religion in the world but that doesnt give you the right to go condemning other people's belief. So yesterday, this is what he posted on his shout out box: He is a Catholic, so indirectly he is saying that other Christian denominations are FAKE. Kuching getaway (Day 1)

I have been wanting to get away from the hectic work life and studies since may. So this is it. A domestic getaway to Kuching, Sarawak :) Our flight to Kuching was at 8am on AirAsia. We arrived early, at about 9:15am. 10 minutes early. The first thing we did was went to the hotel to confirm our reservation of room & have breakfast. We were really hungry by the time we reached the hotel. The area that we are staying didnt have that much of eateries nearby. The hotel's frontdesk lady said we have to walk 10-20 minutes to the nearest eatery. We were searching for Laksa, by the way.  After walking not 10, or 20.. But 30 minutes!!!! We found an eatery at Chinatown. It was a small coffee shop (i forgot the name) but it served kolo mee and sarawak laksa. So we had our breakfast there. After that we walked somemore and went to sarawak plaza, tun jugah and centrepoint. I was surprised that the malls here are not like the ones we have in KK. I could walk around each malls in less than 5
