Selamat Hari Raya to everyone celebrating this joyous celebration! I've had my 1st session of Beraya this year at my boss' house on the 1st day of Raya. I have nothing to complain, the food was scrumptious, the company was great. Most of my colleagues were there.. I really enjoyed myself since this is the first time i went out Beraya with my colleagues. Anyhoo, after the eating session me and a few colleagues decided that the day was too early to go home so we went to the beach at Tanjung Aru. We went to this place called, Tanjung Aru Bridal House. It was kind of unique. Unique in a sense where the building itself appear to be old fashioned, which i like. It is still old fashioned looking inside and i even told my friend that this is how i'm going to have my house built one day. I like things with an old fashioned touch to it. Happy Valentine's Day AND Happy Chinese New Year to all of you!! Yesterday I sang at my friend's wedding. Guess what? the music didnt want to co-operate with me! it decided to go bonkers on me at the church :( i was kind of sad it turned out like that but at the wedding reception, alot of people came up to me, thanking me and telling me how they liked my song even though the music went crazy. yeheayy!! :) I didnt stay long at the reception because i suddenly had a case of tummy ache and wanted to go to the toilet badly. Today is the first day of the new year so im going to post an entry coz today's date is so cool: 010110 :) So i was having thoughts of what to do today and i of doing nothing. absolutely nothing. Coming this monday, the manic will start all over again coz im going back to work *sigh* that one week of leave was just heavenly. Here's my resolutions for this year: 1. Taking chances on love - not that i didnt last year but the choices of guys that i dated wasnt actually "boyfriend material" type of guys.. It's Mother's Day this Sunday, so i'd like to wish all MOTHERS out there H a P p Y m O t H e r S D a y !!! p/s The fam is celebrating the occasion tomorrow night. I know one thing for sure there's gonna be cakes! (coz i was told to order 1 from secret recipe) yummy! my fav dessert ;-) but im not gonna be too excited about food. you see, food and i get along reaaaallll well so, yea.. you know what happens. *note to self: i will not pig-out tomorrow.. i will not pig-out tomorrow. ♥ P.

We had a four day rest since saturday until yesterday (tuesday) and i was kind of lazy to update my blog. So this entry will be a loooooong one, a backpost from saturday until tuesday.. don't worry, i'll let the pictures do the talking. Oh, before i go into that i'd like to wish everyone a happy chinese new year!! SATURDAY (24th Jan 09) Went to church as usual. I was super early that day as i had to sing at 9am. After service we (the whole liew clan) went to Hyatt for lunch, buffet style. It was my nephew, Darren's birthday so his father treated all of us for lunch. The traffic from Menggatal to KK was so bad, it took us almost 45 minutes to get there. By that time, i was so hungry i could eat everyone's food. And guess what? i ate a whole plate of cakes! omg! punya godoot sa.. (i am not going to mention the other foods that i ate, im embarrased! :-P) The prominent Liew cousins Rennae and I Darren, the birthday boy and his sister, Lalyn Baby Davennie and aunty fun...

Yesterday was my birthday.. 14th January. The day i turn 27! yea, believe it or not i am 27 *sigh*. Mom made me a chocolate cake (my fav!) actually, i requested carrot cake with white frosting but maybe it slipped her mind, i dont know(?!). But the cake was SO goood omg! i had like 3 servings of cake last night. Everyone in my family was present except for my brother who coincidently had an on-call last night.. oh well, at least he's saving lives and thats more important than celebrating a birthday. Anyhoo, i was thinking this morning about all the food (and the many servings) that i had last night and it makes me sick in my stomach. So, to keep things well balanced, i brought fruits - papaya and grapes to work for lunch. Mau detox la konon ... TWENTEEE SEVEN sound so OLD! imagine, in 3 years time im gonna be THUUUURRRRRTEYYY (30!) tapi tidak apa, yang penting sa masi kiuttt hahaha. Lol! Any kid thinks it's their birthday when there's cake with candles on it. That explains...

All signs point to me!! It's my birthday today so keep those birthday wishes comin people hehehehehe...

This blog will be on hiatus until next year. Im taking my leave starting from tomorrow and will be back next year. You can expect many photos by that time hehehe. Tis the season to be jolly.. Wishing all of you a very merry christmas and a prosperous new year 2009 :-)

My parents threw a thanksgiving party for me and my brother last monday (1st Sept 08).. i didnt invite any of my friends (other than church friends) because it was supposed to be a family & closest friends (of my parents) party only. That morning, me and mom went to Hyatt to pick up the cake that was ordered. My mom told them we're picking it up at 10 but it turns out that the lady wrote down on the paper 11 o'clock so we had to wait. So like it or not, we had to wait for 1 freaking hour. On the way home, dad call and asked us to run 1 more errand. OK, so i did it and i reached home at 12.30. I felt like i didnt want to attend the party.. i felt like a wreck. I had tummy ache, it was my first day of period, my shoulders hurts, and my right pointing finger was swollen. But i did get ready and since i promised mom early in the morning that im going to be happy that day, i dragged myself to the bathroom and took a cold shower and got ready :-D OK, im going to shut up right now...
