FINALLY!

It's been a while since i posted anything on this blog. It's not that im lazy, its just that i was busy with the amendments for my thesis that needs to be done fast PLUS my internet connection at home sucks! God only knows when my connection will be back to normal *sigh* ..but in a way, its a good thing i have no internet connection. whats the good thing, u ask? i get to sleep early these days. That is, if i dont have any work to do lah. when i say early, i mean EAAARRRRLYYY.. like, 10.30pm. when i had internet at home, i usually havent bathed yet at that time.

Anyways, i cant wait for monday to come. that means, everything i worked for this semester is coming to an end. FINALLY! i am also counting down the days to my vacation.. MANILA!!! august come quickly! talking about august, that month is going to be one super-busy-yet-fun month. ive got campings, and outings.. etc. I'll blog all about it here later :-D

Holy?

It was a heated discussion that we had on facebook on religious issues. No, it wasn't between Christian and another religion but it was between Christian denominations. It all started by this boy, who at the end got a taste of his own medicine. As an Adventist, i respect other religion and also other Christian denominations. I don't go here and there proclaiming that i am in the right path and tell everyone to be an Adventist just because i believe i am in the right religion. Everyone, no matter in what Christian denomination they are, be it Catholic or protestants and also other religions (Muslims, Hindu, Buddhist) they all believe they are the right religion in the world but that doesnt give you the right to go condemning other people's belief. Kuching getaway (Day 1)

I have been wanting to get away from the hectic work life and studies since may. So this is it. A domestic getaway to Kuching, Sarawak :) Our flight to Kuching was at 8am on AirAsia. We arrived early, at about 9:15am. 10 minutes early. The first thing we did was went to the hotel to confirm our reservation of room & have breakfast. We were really hungry by the time we reached the hotel. The area that we are staying didnt have that much of eateries nearby. The hotel's frontdesk lady said we have to walk 10-20 minutes to the nearest eatery. We were searching for Laksa, by the way.  After walking not 10, or 20.. But 30 minutes!!!! We found an eatery at Chinatown. It was a small coffee shop (i forgot the name) but it served kolo mee and sarawak laksa. So we had our breakfast there. After that we walked somemore and went to sarawak plaza, tun jugah and centrepoint. I was surprised that the malls here are not like the ones we have in KK. I could walk around each malls in less than 5
