The B-Side of My Mind

Today was the last day of my training for the Borneo International Marathon happening this sunday. I have run for four days in a row and i think it is time for me to give myself a rest because my muscles are a bit sore right now, and i dont want to be running this sunday with sore muscles. I do my running at Tanjung Lipat. I so love it there.. running while enjoying the sunset in the evening, wow. The only thing i find so annoying are the cars on the road honking or calling out to us. *sigh* never seen people jogging meh? But as always, i just ignore them. Anywayyys since i haven't uploaded any pictures for a while, here are some pictures taken at the office this week by a colleague of mine who brought his DSLR camera and decided to play with it at the office. I'm still in the office, should be clocking out at 4.30pm (it's 5.50pm) but i'm stranded because it's freaking raining!! and i parked far out. *sigh* I actually wanted to blog about something else, but the rain distracted me hehe.. just want to let you guys know that im still alive and kicking! If it doesn't stop raining, i'll just run in the rain to my car. ♥ P.

Remember the boy who claimed that Catholic church is the true church? and all other Christian denominations are false churches of God? well, today i went to his facebook page and look what i found: ..OMG! how can he say that? about God! *scroll down* . . I think he's just doing this to get the attention of God. Maybe you're wondering why he's all upset and all. Well, it's because his nephew (i think) has converted his faith from Catholic to SIB (Sidang Injil Borneo). He says that God doesnt answer prayers, God doesnt listen therefore God does not exist. God does answer prayers.. even in his case. He just isn't listening. Or maybe he's tuned in to another channel? i dont know but God really does answer prayers. A "NO" is also an answer. When you dont get the answer that you want, you say that God doesnt answer prayers.. you just have to keep an open mind on things like these. God has a plan for everyone. ..and i am one of it's participant :D After joining the KK City Run last month, i was determined to join the next marathon which is the Borneo International Marathon happening next month! I registered myself under the womens open 10km category yesterday evening. I have like, a month for training and at the end of this month i need to get myself a good new pair of running shoes. My old one has worn out. Some friends of mine suggest me to join the half marathon (21km) . I was like, "whhaaatt? are you kidding me?" hahahaa.. The first marathon i joined was 4km long so let me just take this marathon thing slowly. Who knows i'll be joining the full marathon next year? hahaha.. Just for your information the full marathon is 42km long (!!!) . Can you tell that im uber excited for this marathon? ♥ P.
