This was taken earlier this month, i almost forgot about posting this. This is me and Rita singing one of the most famous songs in Sabah, Proton Saga Kelabu.

We had a four day rest since saturday until yesterday (tuesday) and i was kind of lazy to update my blog. So this entry will be a loooooong one, a backpost from saturday until tuesday.. don't worry, i'll let the pictures do the talking. Oh, before i go into that i'd like to wish everyone a happy chinese new year!! SATURDAY (24th Jan 09) Went to church as usual. I was super early that day as i had to sing at 9am. After service we (the whole liew clan) went to Hyatt for lunch, buffet style. It was my nephew, Darren's birthday so his father treated all of us for lunch. The traffic from Menggatal to KK was so bad, it took us almost 45 minutes to get there. By that time, i was so hungry i could eat everyone's food. And guess what? i ate a whole plate of cakes! omg! punya godoot sa.. Yesterday was my birthday.. 14th January. The day i turn 27! yea, believe it or not i am 27 *sigh*. Mom made me a chocolate cake (my fav!) actually, i requested carrot cake with white frosting but maybe it slipped her mind, i dont know(?!). But the cake was SO goood omg! i had like 3 servings of cake last night. Everyone in my family was present except for my brother who coincidently had an on-call last night.. oh well, at least he's saving lives and thats more important than celebrating a birthday. Anyhoo, i was thinking this morning about all the food (and the many servings) that i had last night and it makes me sick in my stomach. So, to keep things well balanced, i brought fruits - papaya and grapes to work for lunch. Mau detox la konon ... TWENTEEE SEVEN sound so OLD! imagine, in 3 years time im gonna be THUUUURRRRRTEYYY (30!) tapi tidak apa, yang penting sa masi kiuttt hahaha. Lol! Any kid thinks it's their birthday when there's cake with candles on it. That explains...

Kudos to Nancy for this video.. i had no idea she was videoing me, if only i knew i would be facing them (my colleagues) the whole time. I sang 2 tagalog songs back to back.. This song (pangako) and bakit ba ganyan. This is me and my lovely sister, josherli singing a duet on the song, When The Time Comes in church sometime april last year. Yesterday (sunday) morning about 4a.m me, my sister josherli , cousins beevy & tety went out to Mengkabong for sunrise watching photoshoot with lola and wendell . We arrived there at about 4.30am and waited patiently for the sun to come up but the sun was too lazy to come up and gave way to the rain instead. It poured down a bit but luckily not heavily as we havent got our umbrellas in hand. All of them were using either Canon or Nikon DSLR cameras.. i, on the other hand was busy taking pictures using my Exilim :-P i know i will one day be a proud owner of one good DSLR camera but as for now my budget is not permitting me :( boo-hoo..I mean, i can always run to daddy and ask him to buy me one hehe but i dont want to be that kind of girl anymore. I know i will sure value the camera more if i buy it using my own money so that is why running to daddy for money is not my way of life.. well atleast not anymore :-D Anywho.. here are some pictures that i took during that day.
